A medium-bodied, silky Old World Pinot Noir from Rully bright with plushy cherry, rose petal, sous bois and well-integrated oak spice flavours finishing with good acidity for food. Tannins are velvety. Enjoy with roast duck.

Food pairings: roast leg of lamb, gourmet burgers, hard cheese, vegetarian pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

Dufouleur 2017 is a ripe, richly textured and concentrated Pinot Noir from the Rully wine region. Vibrant, medium-bodied with soft and supple tannins, look for fleshy cherry, earthy, cedar brush and savoury spice flavours on the palate. This winery keeps their vineyard healthy and strong employing the increasingly popular enherbement naturel maîtrisé (ENM), a process of letting grass and cover crops grown between the vine rows. Pair with roast chicken. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
