Lovely balance with classic cassis and blackberry aromas. Plush, mouth-watering and celebratory. Great dinner party wine.
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes.

|Cheryl Cottrell-Smith rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:|
This wine offers a smooth mix of a number of different grapes and pairs really well with roasted pork. Well-balanced and fruity, this is definitely an easy-drinking red wine.
|This excellent wine, which is made from the five classic Bordeaux varieties 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec, shows the briary, tannic quality of Dry Creek Valley red wines. It’s a lusty, complex sipper with quite a lot of character and personality, and should provide good drinking over the next six years or so. Score: 90 Source: Steve Heimoff, Wine Enthusiast|
