Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted May 6th, 2018. Colour light golden, with some small bubbles that disappear after the wine settled in the glass. Legs light. Aromas and flavours, citrus, Meyer lemon, aromatic notes, white pepper. Taste, dry, zesty citrus, mouthwatering, light body, low alcohol. Finishes with citrus and mineral notes. I like this wine. Good marketing by labelling the wine Dry Mineral on the label. (Trocken). Easy to drink and it was a perfect match to my packaged taco salad. The wine was enhance by the flavours in the salad, white pepper was very evident along with the citrus zing. And the salad presented a heightened flavour. Good value. Highly recommend if you like your Riesling dry.
Dr. Heidemanns-Bergweiler (2016) Riesling is dry and zesty with bright citrus, clean melon flavours on the palate and finishes with a light mineral note. Grapes for this lush Mosel Riesling were sourced from Devon slate soils. Pair with pork snitzel and dumplings. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
