Lemon sunshine! Mouth-watering acidity as bright as coming out of a dark room into the sun. Lovely refreshment and crispness. Cries out for food like seafood and salads. Medium-bodied and ultra-dry.

Pouilly Fumé food pairings: grilled chicken breast, tuna steaks.

Love at first taste? This wine was awarded the coveted ‘Coup de Coeur’ (Jury Favourite) designation in the 2013 Guide Hachette. Excitingly complex Sauvignon Blanc with fragrant notions of sweetgrass, artichoke, passion fruit, white peach, mineral and a light birchwood quality. In the mouth it’s juicy, bright and savoury with beautiful sunny fruit and brilliant acidity, leading to a tangy green-apple finish. Really quite enchanting. Enjoy it over the next 3 years. Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
