From Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula wine region, Queylus Tradition 2019 Chardonnay is produced from organically grown grapes and fermented with wild yeasts from the estate and Butler's Grant Vineyards. Dry, medium-plus-bodied and complex with ripe apple, pear, lemon-lime zest flavours with just a hint of oak and a minerally finish. Elegant and nicely done!

Queylus Tradition 2019 Chardonnay is produced from organically grown grapes and fermented with wild yeasts from the estate and Butler's Grant Vineyards. Elegant and expressive with cereal, oat, toasted almond, ripe apple, pastry cream and lemony flavours fresh and long on the palate. Chill and enjoy with lemon-herb chicken breasts from the grill. - Community Wine Reviews
