Domaine Le Clos Des Cazaux La Tour Sarrasine 2018 is a big and bold Rhône red from the Gigondas wine region. Produced from 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, this full-bodied red is intense with ripe black cherry, mocha, stewed plum, black olive and baking spice flavours on the palate. Tannins are grippy. Pour with a rib roast. Matured for 24 months in stainless steel and concrete.
