Natalie's Score: 87/100

A zesty and flavourful sparkling wine that comes across of just slightly off-dry rather than medium sweet because of the impact of the bubbles. Made from Quebec maple syrup. Nice treat before or after dinner.

Sparkling Maple Wine food pairings: appetizers, brunch, sweet or salty stuffed pancakes, maple-themed desserts, firm cheeses or backed walnuts and maple-flavoured Brie.

Reviews and Ratings

The Labranche Sparkling Maple Wine is both invigorating and delightful, distinctive
and innovative. You'll be the star of the evening with friends or family, sharing this
perfect companion to your cocktails and white meats.
With its pale straw colour, it offers a delicate bouquet reminiscent of maple sap
and syrup. On the palate, its ample texture with fine persistent bubbles ends in a
refreshing finish, balanced and harmonious.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
