Reviews and Ratings

Domaine Hatzimichalis Kapnias is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Central Greece with a firm weight and dry profile, best served at room temperature. Crafted from 35-year-old Zygos Vineyard vines and aged 24 months in French oak, winemaker Hatzimichalis delivers a wine layered with blackberry, cassis, cedar, vanilla, and a touch of smoke. With an alcohol level of 13.5%, it has strong aging potential through 2030, developing further complexity and elegance. Pair it with roast leg of lamb to complement its structured fruit, or enjoy it with grilled chicken dishes to balance its subtle oak influence. This wine reflects the Greek tradition of producing age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon with refined character.- Community Wine Review

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
