Reviews and Ratings

Domaine du Petit Metris, Clos del a Marche Savennieres (2015) is a medium-bodied, textured Chenin Blanc from the Loire wine region. Look for honey, marzipan and fresh green apple and pear flavours on this zesty Savennieres. The vineyards cover 30 hectares with 72% Chenin Blanc, 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Grolleau and some Gamay and Chardonnay. La Fougeraie and Clos de la Marche are two separate Savennières vineyards and wine grapes from these vineyards are vinified separately in order to retain and express their individual characters. The wine was aged on its lees for 8 months, partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrel. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
