This dry wine displays smooth tannins and concentrated fruit that will continue to develop over the next five years. Serve it at room temperature with herb-crusted leg of lamb as the wine's peppery character complements the rosemary and garlic, or pair it with grilled sausages with ratatouille where the wine's savory depth enhances the stewed vegetables.
