The nose is inviting and layered, with ripe wild plum, crushed dark berries, a hint of roasted coffee, and a whisper of dried violet that gives it real elegance. The palate is plush and concentrated, with velvet-smooth tannins, a firmly dry backbone, and a long, warming finish that speaks to this wine's impressive structure. Serve it at room temperature, and it has every reason to continue developing beautifully through 2040. Notably, the 2015 vintage earned a Gold Medal at the Lyon International Wine Competition, confirming the consistent quality this small estate delivers.
