The 2013 vintage of the southern French red wine Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France Les Cimes is a robust blend of 35% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre and the remainder Carignan grapes. The wine is aged in oak barrels, of which a third is new. Then it's bottled without fining or filtration. Aromas of dark fruit, vanilla spice, anise and smoke. Pair with grilled meats.

Food pairings: roasted pork loin, roast turkey, roasted and braised lamb.
