A fresh, floral white wine that's perfect as an aperitif or companion to fresh seafood. A touch of sweetness, good mouth-watering juiciness for food. Light- to medium-bodied.

Reviews and Ratings

Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow, this white blend shows floral tones and spicy notes which lead the nose along with apple and grapefruit citrus. Medium bodied and fresh on the palate, with a kiss of sweetness balanced by the acidity. Citrus, clementine, grapefruit and some underlying floral and spicy notes on the palate to a long candied lemon rind finish. Seafood or soft cheeses should pair well.
Tasted December 2015
Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Tangerine, melon, pineapple, and peach are complimented by orange blossom, lavender, honey, and some chalky mineral aromas. The palate is dominated by tart lemon and lime, with slight tropical, stone fruit, honey, and mineral undertones. Almost medium bodied, despite being only 11% alcohol. Whatever residual sugar is present in the wine is almost undetectable due to the high acidity. Though the finish is not too long, the intense acidity of the wine really lingers.
