Vintages Wine Panel: Henri Cauvard's family firmly believe in natural farming methods that preserve both the health of the vineyard and the quality of the wines. For example, they eschew the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in favor of natural composts and other earth-friendly solutions. This fresh and lively tasting Pinot is from the incredible 2005 vintage. Bursting with bright red-fruit flavors. My note: A basket of red berries and field flowers. Medium-bodied.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled portobello mushrooms.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
