Dixie & Bass 2018 is a dry, full-bodied Bordeaux-style Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot red wine blend from grapes sourced in the Columbia Valley wine region. A juicy, fruit-driven red with crushed raspberry, dark fruit, savoury herb and baking spice flavours on the palate. The wine was aged in American oak barrels for 16 months. Pour with a lamb shoulder roast.
