Love it! Bright, sunshine-dappled tree fruit, campfire smoke, and fresh sliced white pear. Medium-bodied and delicious on its own or with seafood or chicken dishes. The quality designation for this wine is BC VQA

Chardonnay food pairings: pork tenderloin.

Reviews and Ratings

This playfully named Chardonnay is unoaked, but it did undergo partial barrel fermentation before being completed in stainless steel -- hence, "Not So Knotty." It offers up aromas of apple, flowers, wet stone and spice with a touch of exotic fruit complexity on the nose. The tropical fruit notes emerge stronger on the palate. The sweet tone to the fruit gives this an off-dry feel. Fresh and vibrant. Source: Vintages Wine Ratings and Reviews, April 2013

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
