From Bannock Brae, Diggers Law 2019 Pinot Noir is produced from sustainably grown grapes. Fresh on the nose with wild cherry, pink rose petals, vibrant red berry, earthy mushroom and savoury herb flavours zesty on the palate with a bright ripe raspberry finish. Tannins are velvety and this beautiful Central Otago PN is ready to drink now to 2030.

Pinot Noir food pairings: lamb kebabs, grilled chicken dishes, duck confit.

Reviews and Ratings

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby coloured wine, dry and flavourful, with medium + acidity and low tannin. Clear flavours and aromas of bright red cherry, wet stone, a lovely earthy tang, red plum and raspberry. Paired nicely with beef slow braised in mushrooms with roasted beets and brussels sprouts on the side. A pleasure to drink with food or on its own.
