From the Côtes Du Rhône, Demazet Des Armoiries 2020 is an excellent value, dry, medium-plus-bodied and vegan-friendly red wine blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Sourced from vineyards around Avignon, this wine is the result of a collab between two French cellars and their relationship with 245 small growers. Look for ripe dark fruits, vibrant red berry, cherry and spicy flavours concentrated and juicy on the palate. This vintage was awarded Silver at the 2021 Concours des Vins Orange.

Food pairings: beef stew, barbecued pork chops, lamb chops in red wine sauce.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
