A towering French red wine from the Rhone Valley, with a firm grip on the palate and big toasted dark fruit aromas and flavours. Full-bodied with a savoury finish. Needs cellar time. This is a blend of Syrah (75%) and Grenache (25%) grapes that finishes with dark spices, clove and pepper. Pair with prime rib.

Food pairings: pulled pork sammies, grilled meats in a black bean sauce.

This is an incredible French red wine for the money! The Delas winery is owned by the Champagne house Louis Roederer, which produces the coveted Cristal. The 2012 vintage of the Saint-Esprit Côtes du Rhône over-delivers on every dimension. The Delas winery was founded in 1835 in the heart of the northern Rhone Valley. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
