The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this wine were sourced from the estate's Remolinos Vineyard from the Agrelo in the Mendoza wine region. Ripe black currant, garrigue herbs and earthy florals can be found on the nose and palate. Dry, full-bodied, fresh and intense with silky tannins on the palate. Pair with smoked meats.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pizza, pasta, rare steaks, pork tenderloin, hard cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

From Agrelo, Mendoza, Decero Remolinos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is floral with fresh black currant on the nose, full-bodied and silky with fresh blackberry, black currant, minty, garrigue herbs and clean mineral flavours on the palate. Decero means "from zero" and the Remolinos Vineyard is named after the tiny whirlwinds that rise off bare land. Such is the terroir at the base of the Andes Mountains. - Community Wine Reviews
