From Agrelo, Decero's Remolinos Vineyard is a medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, floral on the nose with vibrant dark raspberry, black currant, blackberry, menthol, wild herbs and minty, garrigue herbs finishing long on the palate. Decero means "from zero" and the Remolinos Vineyard is named after the tiny whirlwinds that rise off bare land.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pizza, pasta, rare steaks, pork tenderloin, hard cheese.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
