Great intensity of flavour! Nice honeyed pea aromas (but it’s a bone dry wine) along with apricot notes. Medium-bodied and zippy. Roussanne is one of the lesser-known but fabulous white grapes of the wine world, traditionally grown in the Rhone Valley of France. This interpretation of Roussanne is vibrant and mouth pleasing. Yes please!

Roussanne food pairings: grilled chicken breast, roast duck, vegetarian pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

Love this great value, medium-bodied and well-rounded Roussanne from the Mclaren Vale. d'Arenberg's The Money Spider 2016 is honeyed apricots, baking spice and anise on the palate and finishes with good acidity. Since 1912, the Osborns have tended the 19th century vineyards of their winery. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
