This is a GREAT VALUE wine - I just voted it "Best Wine that I drink at under $9". It's actually the only one I've found worth drinking at under $9. On the light side, great for BBQ
It is a blended wine [Aragones aka Tempranillo and Castelao] - best served below room temp. Great deal.
dark purple colored, fresh aromas of black cherry, prune, smoke and spice notes. Medium bodied red with ripe black fruit, espresso, and a mineral aspect. nice fine grained tannins balance with fresh lively acidity, smooth and quite harmonious on the palate
