Croft Original Pale Cream Sherry from Jerez is a delicately sweet fortified wine crafted from Palomino grapes and matured for a minimum of four years in American oak casks through the traditional solera system, revealing elegant aromas of roasted hazelnuts, baked pears and white peach with a gracefully balanced palate. Serve it chilled over ice with thin slices of Serrano ham and Manchego cheese, where the wine's delicate sweetness contrasts beautifully with the salty, savoury cured meat, or pour it alongside a classic lemon posset as its orchard fruit notes mirror the dessert's bright tang while adding toasted complexity. Master blender David Delaforce oversees production at this historic house, which was founded in 1588 and stands as one of the oldest names in fortified wine, having supplied the British Royal Family for generations. This versatile sherry can be enjoyed now or cellared until 2028, making it both an approachable aperitif and a sophisticated addition to any wine collection.

Pale Cream Sherry food pairings: fruit cups, lemon tart, roasted, salted nuts.
