Rhubarb and strawberry aromas on the nose: very enticing. Bold and refreshing with layers of small berry flavours. Dry and mouth-watering. This vivacious rose is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which lends more depth and concentrated flavour of dark field berries and a refreshing finish. Pair with planked salmon.

Cabernet Rosé food pairings: salmon steaks, sausages, lightly savoury cheeses like white cheddar or smoked provolone..

Reviews and Ratings

This dry and mouthwatering Niagara rosé is a blend 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and the balance in Cabernet Franc. These wine grapes are perfect tango partners and give backbone and intense flavours of ripe strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, bell pepper and fresh, ripe red plum to the wine. Great with savoury cheeses or cedar-planked salmon. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
