Produced by the Famille Perrin, Coudoulet de Beaucastel 2019 is a lush and plushy, full-bodied, well-crafted red blend of 30% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 10% Counoise with the balance in Vaccarèse, Terret Noir. Muscardin, 3% Cinsault and local white grapes. Look for ripe cherry, raspberry, red plum, dried wild herbs, lavender, sage and pepper spice flavours on this easy-to-enjoy Rhône red. Grapes are organically grown and the wine is bright on the nose and palate with fresh red berry, cherry, pink florals, lavender, sage and pepper spice flavours balanced with fresh acidity for food. Tannins are velvety. - Community Wine Reviews
