Reviews and Ratings

Ian Anderson Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This off-dry Pinot Grigio has a distinctive colour with a nose that is much lighter than its taste. It is a sweet wine but does also have drying, acidic tendencies. Prominent fruit tones of lemon, crisp apple, and young bitter honey are replayed on the palate with sweeter notes of tangerine and fresh apple. It is a light to medium-bodied wine with a creamy mouth feel due to strong vanilla notes. Spicy undertones of white pepper and floral notes of lavender entice you to savour this wine on its own or with food.

Pair with seafood dishes that can match the rich mouth feel of the wine, or creamy cheeses. We tried it with lightly seasoned pork tenderloin which would match better if the pork had an apricot glaze.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
