Classic Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with refreshing herbal and grassy aromas. Terrific mouth-watering acidity for food, from shellfish to vegetarian dishes. Clean and crisp. The Trio in this wine's name is for the three valleys where the grapes for this sauvignon blanc are grown: north in Casablanca and LimarĂ, and central in the Rapel Valley. Racy and vibrant: drink it while watching action-thriller movies.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: chicken, pork tenderloin, pasta, soup, salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Most of this Trio comes from the Ucuquer area, but grapes were also sourced from vineyards in the Casablanca and Leyda regions; all coastal vineyards that produce very juicy wines with a touch of salinity, but the especially sharp acidity balances everything and offsets the creamy texture, making this a very drinkable wine. Score: 91. Source: Patricio Tapia, Descorchados Wine Guide, 2013

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
