Medium- to full-bodied quaffer without being too heavy. Aromas of green apples, peach, butter and some smoke with mouth-watering acidity. Lovely baked bread notes on the finish. Great value.

Chardonnay food pairings: veal cutlets with caper sauce, veal breast wild mushrooms in white sauce, slow-braised veal chops with white wine sauce.

This wine hails from one of Chile’s newest wine-producing regions, the Limarí Valley. The vines are planted in limestone soils and temperatures are moderated by the ocean. - Community Wine Review
