Vintages Wine Panel: A vibrant and deliciously layered Chardonnay from one of Chile’s newest viticultural hot spots, the Limarí Valley. Ripe pear, melon, citrus zest, buttered toast, and smoke ascend from the glass. On the palate, it’s medium-full bodied yet quite elegant, with bright acidity bringing balance. A toasty oak note emerges on the lingering finish. Expertly made, and a very fine value. My note: Pleasant quaffer without being too heavy. Aromas of green apples, peach, butter and some smoke.

Chardonnay food pairings: roasted chicken with a light glaze of honey, garden-fresh herbs, and lemon pepper.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
