From the Fleurie, Beaujolais wine region, Collin Bourisset Les Vignes Vial 2018 Gamay is perfumed with violets and pink florals (as the wine region name suggests). On the palate, the wine is dry, medium-bodied and fruity with ripe red berry, blueberry, pepper spice flavours silky and supple on the palate. Pour with roast chicken.

Food pairings: roast chicken, duck confit, gourmet burgers with all the trimmings.
