Clarence Dillon Clarendelle 2016 was inspired by Haut-Brion and is a dry, medium-plus-bodied red wine blend of 74% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Cabernet Franc rich with aromas of blueberry, black currant, rose petals, toasty oak spice with a smoky mochanilla kiss fresh on the palate. An excellent value and complex Bordeaux at $24. Enjoy with an entrecôte from the grill.

Food pairings: grilled lamb chops, bison burgers, tourtière.
