Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Church & State Wines produces fantastic full-bodied white and red wines. Their Cabernet Sauvignon, from their Sun Ridge vineyard in Osoyoos, BC, shows the deep black fruit concentration so typical of this sun-drenched pocket desert in the far south of the Okanagan Valley. Black fruit, plum, fig, herbs, charcoal, and that signature note of black sage. Full bodied and rich, this is an ideal medium term cellar candidate. Drink 2015 - 2022. Tasted September 2015. 90+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced reviewed this wine as follows:

The grapes in this beauty from the sunny Okanagan, BC were hand picked and sorted. Only 12,000 cases were produced. A brilliant deep ruby colour and a juicy nose of black berries, charred wood, smoke, vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, has youthful tannins and bright acidity. Some earthiness, graphite and dried black fruit in the mouth. Great gift wine. This wine will reward you over the next 5-7 years.
Tasted: Sept 2015

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
