I almost don't want to review this one as I'd rather hoard it for myself all summer long. Yet again, I will throw myself on the flames of self-sacrifice. This is freakin amazing. Gorgeous rosè. Is the price a typo? Fresh strawberries drying after a summer rain on a July afternoon. Take me there.

L.J. Palmer rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Lovely salmon pink Rosé, wonderful nose and flavours of fresh strawberries and cherries, with a hint of cranberry and white blossom, lots of fine bubbles, off-dry and very soft and creamy in the mouth. A multi-purpose wine; excellent for celebrations, as a summer wine with friends or with triple creme Brie.
Chevalier Monopole Brut is a rosé Champagne made in the Traditional Method. Monopole is a term meaning 'wholly owned' which a producer will claim when the grapes used in the wine are exclusively owned by them (not purchased). - Community Wine Reviews
