From the Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux wine region, Château Yon-Figeac Grand Cru Classé 2016 is a deep dark red fragrant and layered with dark berry, plum, dark cherry, mint, savoury herbs and anise spice concentrated on the palate. Tannins are fine and structured. Drink or cellar to 2030. Pour this beautiful Bordeaux with roast beef dinner.
