Pleasant bitter blackberry, wild tart black cherry, smoke and cedar. Full-bodied. Give it 1-2 years in the cellar at least then decant for 2 hours. Great with rare steak.

From a vintage with the potential to be mentioned among the best. Profoundly notable cola, cherry drop, currant, vanilla and baking spice aromas. The palate offers sunny fruit braced by a wall of ripe tannins and closes with a long, spicy finish. This will drink until 2020, but if you wish to enjoy it tonight, decant for 1-2 hours and serve as part of a prime rib dinner. Source: (Vintages panel, March 2013) Medium-bodied & Fruity

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
