Vintages Wine Panel: A Bordeaux from the universally acclaimed 2005 vintage at a terrific price. A supple, lively wine with aromas of plum, floral, tobacco, blackcurrant and spice. Dry and quite fruity with moderate tannins to give it balance. Perfect for those who enjoy New World wines, but want to explore Bordeaux. Medium bodied with a very lengthy finish. Enjoy it tonight. My note: Delicious, with a rich dark chocolate nose followed by fleshy dark berries and cassis. Full-bodied and supple. Terrific balance. Great price for good Bordeaux from a terrific vintage.

Cabernet Sauvignon Blend food pairings: grilled lamb chops, gourmet sausages.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
