From the Columbia Valley, Washington, Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is from a warm vintage with sunny days and cool evenings allowing the grapes to fully ripen with a great concentration of flavours and sugars on this fresh and beautifully balanced Cab. Dry, juicy, full-bodied and silky with ripe dark berry fruit, plum, chocolate, coffee, earthy, savoury and supple on the palate, it is absolutely amazing value at $28. Enjoy it through 2029 with roast turkey dinner or red meats from the grill.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: barbecued steak, grilled lamb chops, hamburger, pork tenderloin.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
