Château Rombeau L'élevé 2018 is an amazing value Côtes du Roussillon-Villages at $22. Produced from 60% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Grenache, the wine is dry, full-bodied and spicy with ripe dark fruits, dark cherry, smoky spices, vibrant and textured on the palate with a long finish.

Food pairings: rack of lamb, roast goose, slow-braised wild duck.
