This is a value-priced wine from the remarkable 2005 vintage for Bordeaux. It's rustic and robust with aromas of wild tiny cherries and raspberries. There's some attractive smoke and dried herbs on the finish. I find this wine is more full-bodied than medium, but it's not heavy. Great for hearty meat dishes.

Very pleasant Bordeaux for the money. Spicy peppery aromas in a medium bodied wine. Raspberry flavors with a smoky pepper finish. I will buy this wine again.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
