Produced by Xavier et Odile Thieblin, Château Paradis 2015 is a full-bodied red wine blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Grenache. You can smell the wild herbs from the Provence wine region. On the palate, the wine is dry, ripe red berries, meaty, flinty finishing with ripe black currant and dried tobacco leaf flavours on the palate. Hardy and robust with terrific tannins, pair with a roast Tomahawk steak. Enjoy now and for the next three years.

Food pairings: veal Porterhouse steak, grilled T-bone steak, lamb lollipops.

From the Coteaux D'aix En Provence wine region, Château Paradis 2015 is a full-bodied and muscular southern French red wine blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Grenache produced by Xavier et Odile Thieblin with rich black fruit, black currants, dark spice smoky and leathery notes. Pair with grilled meats. Would benefit from a few more years in the cellar to show its best. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
