A dry and refreshing 40% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah rosé wine blend. Love the fruitiness and savouriness of this rosé with a soft creamy texture. Bright red berry, pink florals, soft orange, citrus and lime flavours on the palate finishing with a smattering of white pepper spice and stony mineral notes. Enjoy now and for the next three years. Pair with herbed quiches and green salads.

Food pairings: egg dishes, charcuterie, mild creamy cheeses.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
