There is mocha and dark chocolate on the nose of this robust Bordeaux red wine from the Left Bank of the Gironde River. This full-bodied red is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot from the excellent 2012 vintage. Fleshy black plums are on the palate. Decant 1 hour. Pair with a rare steak. This wine was aged French oak barrels for 12 months. Decant 1 hour. This full-bodied red wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot from the excellent 2012 vintage. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
