A straight-forward lemon-grassy Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes. Not much apparent oak. Lots of acidity for food. The ajubert family has been making wine for five generations. Graves, like neighbouring Margaux, has some of the same soils of excellent drainage.

Food pairings: tossed green salad with salmon chunks.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A very nice white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon adding a little more depth. Pale lemon, light body with refreshing acidity. Grassy, herbal, honey, stoney minerality, grapefruit, wet wood. Great value at $15.95. Pair with your favourite fish, salad or just sip and enjoy. Drink over the next year.

This crisp, medium-bodied French white wine from Bordeaux is produced by Vignobles R. Jaubert and is a blend of 90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of citrus and stonefruit, with mouth-watering acidity. Nice price for Bordeaux. - Community Wine Reviews
