Almost full-bodied and pleasant though I'd like a little more complexity and flavour for this price point. Great vintage so perhaps it'll come into its own with cellar time. Aromas of black fruit and some oak.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby with purple hue. A good amount of red and black berries, plum, cherry, floral, cedar and graphite. This wine is medium(-) body, dry, thin, medium acidity and has drying tannins. Short tobacco and leather finish. Not enough complexity to warrant $30 price tag.
Tasted: February 2016
Firm tannins on this Bordeaux red wine. Pair with hard cheeses and rare meats. The grapes are grown in the Fonréaud Vineyard, the highest elevation in the Médoc at 120 feet above sea level and situated at the southern end of the Listrac district. Firm tannins. - Community Wine Reviews
