From the Bordeaux wine region, Château Du Carpia 2010 is a graceful, mature Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Excellent value as well at $20 from a great vintage year. Dry, medium-bodied and silky with ripe red fruits, blackberry, cherry, smoky spice and supple, savoury dried herbs on the palate. Enjoy with roast partridge or Cornish game hens.

Food pairings: roast beef, venison tenderloin, roast quail, rabbit.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
