Tokaj-Hegyalja Château Dereszla 5 Puttonyos is unctuous with layers of dried apricot, peach, marmalade and citrus layers made from 70% Furmint, 30% Hárslevelu. The botrytis affected grapes for this wine give a flavour of honey spice and an incredible, lingering minerality and mouth-watering finish. The higher the # “Puttonyos”, the sweeter the wine and this one is lush.

Tokaji Aszú food pairings: spice cake, crème brûlée, fruit-based desserts, pastries, fresh field berries in cream.

Tokaj-Hegyalja Château Dereszla 2013 Tokaji Aszú is a gorgeous Hungarian dessert wine richly complex and concentrated. Produced from 70% Furmint, 30% Hárslevelu. Look for soft orange, honeyed stone fruit flavours with balanced acidity. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
