A lovely white floral Loire Valley wine made from grapes that grow on vines planted in limestone soils. This Pouilly-Fumé has soft acidity for seafood. Aromas of lemongrass, chives and lime. Light-bodied.

Pouilly-Fumé food pairings: grilled shellfish, fish tacos, crab cakes, pan-fried panfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Château De Tracy Mademoiselle De T (2016) is a medium-bodied, bone-dry and zesty Pouilly-Fumé from the Loire wine region. Flinty with white florals on the nose (acacia flowers) Look for flinty, grassy and floral notes on the palate with a light nutty, vanilla and spice finish. The winery is located 200 kilometres south of Paris on the hillsides of the Loire. Soils are a mixture of flinty clay, marl with small Kimmeridgian and limestone soils. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
