Reviews and Ratings

From the Côtes Catalanes in Roussillon, Château De L'ou Infiniment (2015) is made from 100% Syrah. Vine yields are controlled to 15 hectolitres per hectare on this deep red wine with full-bodied and meaty ripe black plums, black and blue berries flavours and finishing with white pepper spice and smoke from oak ageing. Definitely pair with grilled meats. Drink now and decant for an hour prior to serving or can hold in cellar for 10 years.- Community Wine Reviews
