Juicy and lip-smacking tasty with lemongrass acidity on the palate for Thai dishes and grilled lemon chicken. Lovely medium-body yet packed with flavour, but not heavy. Great aperitif. This is a zesty, vibrant Bordeaux white wine blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon grapes produced by Famille Sichel, who also own the esteemed Châteaux Palmer and Angludet. Bright notes of lime zest and racy acidity.

Food pairings: smoked whitefish, seafood salads, sautéed scallops in beurre blanc sauce.

Chateau d'Argadens 2016 is a white Bordeaux blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc with 35% Semillon. Look for grassy, gooseberry, pear and crisp apple notes on this lovely made-for-seafood wine. Serve chilled. - Community Wine Reviews
